I provide direction, support, and accountability for your fitness — virtually.
Instead of working together in person, we’ll work together remotely. Online coaching is the most effective and affordable way for me to offer my services. Having an in-person trainer would easily run you $700-$1000+ per month (closer to $1200+ if that trainer is me) because there are overhead costs involved with in-person coaching that simply don’t exist for me in the online space. I’m therefore able to pass those savings to you.
The other benefit of online coaching is we’re not limited to the scheduling frustrations of a gym. Because we’re working together remotely I don’t have any timing restrictions and can give you precisely what you need, when you need it. I’m here for you and you can trust that I have nothing but your health and fitness as my goals. You deserve nothing less.

Your program will be built out long term and designed around your specific goals, movement patterns, injury history, problem areas, available equipment, schedule, and any other factors that are important to you. We’ll have an in-depth video call at the beginning of our partnership to figure all this out.

You’ll get a link to join me on the app as soon as you sign up, and once we talk and I design your program, you will use this app for all your workouts. We’ll also use it to track your numbers as you go, and each exercise will come with a quick video and coaching cues from me so you always know what you’re doing.

You and I will have short video calls on a regular basis so I can check in face to face on how things are going. These calls will be once a week for the first month, then as-needed as we go forward. I’m there to help keep you on track towards hitting your goals.

Consistency is key, and results don’t come when we skip too many workouts. I’ll give you tips and coach you to get over hurdles and make the most out of your workouts even when motivation fades.

Email me any questions and I’ll answer them as soon as I can, usually within a day. You can also message me on the BridgeAthletic app. I’ll be a trustworthy fitness resource for you.

Film yourself doing an exercise, send it to me, and I’ll tell you if you’re doing it right or if something needs to be changed. I require this on certain exercises (mostly to help you avoid injury and to look for any movement deficiencies), but you can send me videos of any exercise you have questions on. Or if you just want to show off a PR.

About the App
Once you start I will give you instructions on downloading the free BridgeAthletic training app on either iPhone or Android. Everything that we do is contained within this software. Your customized programming, notes, and video demonstrations will show up in your app when it’s time for you to train, including reminders and tips.
As you train, fill in your work within the BridgeAthletic app as you go. I can monitor your progress in real-time, but more importantly, your results will be automatically reported and charted for me. This makes it possible for me to adjust the program on the fly ensuring no wasted workouts so that you get the most out of every time you hit the gym.
Pricing + Commitment
$300/month, 3-month commitment
Why 3 months?
The investment for this coaching program is $300/month with a minimum 3 month commitment.
This includes program design, email support, monitoring progress through the app, and everything else I’ve mentioned above.
In order for you to get results it’s going to take some work on both of our parts.
This doesn’t happen overnight, and therefore I need a little bit of commitment from you.
If you are not able to commit to 3 months of training with a minimum of 3 days a week, in addition to 80% good eating, then I won’t work with you because I cannot guarantee you results.
My Coaching Guarantee
I stand behind the quality and effectiveness of my services. Therefore, I offer a full refund at the end of the initial three-month commitment period if you are not satisfied with your progress or the services received, for any reason. My goal is to ensure that you feel positive about your fitness journey, and if you believe my services have not contributed to your goals, I don’t want to keep your money.
After the initial three month period, if you aren’t fully satisfied all you have to do is send me a message and I’ll refund your $900 in full.
My cancellation policy is similar: whenever you want to end our partnership just send me a message and you won’t be billed again. I want to make this as easy as possible for you so you know I always have your best interests at heart.
